Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48–72 hours (2–3 business days) after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We use USPS as our primary carrier for domestic deliveries. Standard shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of submission. After this time, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Herbal Halo, LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

  • Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, Herbal Halo, LLC reserves the right to send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Delayed Items: Orders delayed in transit are not eligible for a refund if they are successfully delivered, even if not within the estimated timeframe.

  • Marked as Delivered, Not Received: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management. Herbal Halo, LLC is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate further with the carrier.
